Composite decking has become a growing trend in recent times and we are asked on a regular basis by our Distributors whether we can provide a simple installation and fixing guide to show how simple the installation is.
Fitting a Toughcore® Composite Decking system is as easy as one, two, three. Simply screw down the starter trim, slide the first plank in and then using the plastic fixing clips you fix down the leading side. The Toughcore® Composite Decking fixing clips then provide a channel for the next board. For a clean finish we have allowed for the system to be edged with our Alukap-XR Endstop Bar giving a premium finish to the decking system as a whole.
Toughcore® Composite Decking provides an all-round system that gives your customer the durability and longevity that is desired when going for a composite system. Unlike wood the Toughcore® Composite planks do not require coating or varnishes to protect them which results in very quick and easy maintenance over a long period of time.
